With string and sticky-tape
So the memories all depart
(out of sight, out of mind)
And I can free my heart.

i like them both…but the second’s simplicity i can se the heart wrapped in string and sticky tape….very nice adee

I like them both; as poetry I prefer the first, but as a solution I prefer the second…. (the first made me think of pandora’s box) – well done!
Thanks for the comment. I was also thinking of Pandora’s Box, lol! But I learnt something from this – not to publish anything that I’m not proud of – ever! Rather not post anything than rush it… I cringe now when I read both of them…

Nicely done! I liked both, but have to agree with the majority — the first is my favorite.
