Cradle of Love
Cradle of Love
Moonbeams to climb
With stardust in my eyes
Rocking the cradle of love
We have overcome
And at last we’re on our own
Rocking the cradle of love
Now we are free
Together we will be
Rocking the cradle of love

Morning, adee, steamy and romantic for this early hour
Hi Cin, couldn’t sleep, busy day ahead.
Lovely. Terrific pairing of poem and pic.
Thanks, Nancy. Photobucket always seems to have exactly the right picture.
Oy! You are kinda making me hot under the collar here and I don’t have a boyfriend at the moment… *glare*
Hey who’s that? LYNDATJIE? LYNDATJIE! Good grief, girl, I thought you had run away with the milkman! I wondered what sort of reaction I’d get with this photo, but didn’t expect you to come running… *reels in the fishing line* Welcome back
oo la la…if the cradle is rockin dont bother knockin…
Right on, Brian, right on, mate!
Lovely and steamy, but it occurred to me that without the pic to provide focus, one might have thought in terms of parents with baby?
I was originally going to write about the moon as a cradle, but when I looked at the photo’s under ‘cradle’ this one drew me. There were some pics of babies in cradles too, but too predictable… At the time I found the photo I was thinking of ‘love’ and had only written the first stanza. So it was a combination of factors…
Hypnotic
It draws one in..
Awww. That’s really romantic. Sounds a bit like a song. Very nice!
so dig that picture…sexy plexy, with a fab poeme to match, nicely done ~
