Light

Bright

Clear

As a tear

Rain-washed sky

Clouds scudding by

Radiant sunshine

Splashes its way

Into a brand new day

Lovely. For me nothing quite equals the joy of watching a new day break, especially when clouds scud away to make way for the sun to rise in all its majesty.
