Hope
.
Who would have dreamt that I would find
A love like yours, so sweet and kind,
As gentle as the morning rays,
I bask in the sunlight of your gaze.
.
The walls I built you’re taking down,
And my defences are breaking down.
For twenty years I’ve stood alone –
Twenty years all on my own.
.
And now I feel there’s time for us,
If we can just restore my trust
With faith and hope and honesty
I don’t need any guarantee
.

Is this about the present time Adee?
Yes, Gran, it is, but it’s early days still…
In the words of the “Talking Heads” it sounds like “Love Has Come To Town” !!! Good for you Denise..God Bless.
Thank you, Jake, but it’s still early days. Sweet gentle man…
I hope this is in the ‘now’ …
Yip, Cin. Long time… had given up even the thought…
Woo hoo! Enjoy the “early days” . . . and see where to they flow!
May be too fast for me, Nancy… I need ‘slow’… but great!
Sounds hopeful indeed! Whatever way it may go in the future, fully enjoy the here and now of it!
That’s exactly what i’ve decided to do, Col! What will be will be…
May this discovery fill your days with joy and love, Denise…

It was most unexpected, Bb… Whatever happens I am enjoying it while it lasts!
I was suspecting something like this from your last couple of posts. Seems it is building rather than petering, and I am happy for you.
Thank you so much, Ben.
May you bask in the gentle sunrays without breather.
Thank you so much, Sunamu.
