What a cheerful sight!
God’s gift to those of us who see
The beauty all around,
A display of perfect splendour
Carpeting the ground!

I adore Cosmos…. While I was waiting for my mum at the Oncology Division I would look at the same magnificent photograph every day to calm me down and put me at peace with the world. A stunning picture of this extraordinary flowers blowing in the wind… *sigh* An unasuming little flower that impacts quite a punch.

They are really stunning, Lynda. I bought a packet of seeds and scattered them in the garden about 5 years ago and they have always given me a wonderful display and I have a huge bottle of seeds collected from them which I use to fill in the spaces every year.
