Sidey’s Weekend Challenge – 25.11.2011: Bubbles
.
.
Freedom in a Bubble
.
I am in a bubble
Floating in the air,
Drifting in the breeze
To I know not where.
Wonderfully weightless,
Up and up I fly,
Higher and higher
In a cloudless sky.
Oh what a feeling
Of freedom at last –
No more looking back
To the prison of my past.

The past can be a prison but we can stand taller by standing on the broken blocks to reach to put new ones in place.

I love this, Denise ~ both the poem and the pic! When we let go the past . . . we have two hands available to embrace the present.

Light, airy and floating like the subject, and nice and upbeat in the conclusion.

To feel free, one must break through of the past, stop thinking of the future and live in the present.
