.
I Dreamt…
.
drifting on the eternal sea
distant mountains of mystery
blue and purple in their haze
patient till the end of days
lotus flowers floating too
white and yellow pink and blue
symbols of love and purity
steadfast throughout eternity

Lotus grows from the mud, the stem grows up through the water, produces a scented and beautiful flower above the water, basking in the sunlight. This pattern of growth signifies the progress of the soul from the primeval mud of materialism, through the water of experiences, and into the bright sunshine of enlightenment.

Thank you, Morgan. I have just returned from reading your blog. For some reason I assumed you were a man, lol! I loved your story about your husky. I always had German Shepherds and then a couple of years ago introduced a ‘little SPCA special’ which happened to be a Maltese Poodle. At the moment I don’t have any dogs due to circumstances beyond my control.
