I write what I feel…

Bell Ringer

He rings my bell

signals long-lost feelings

longings, yearnings

half-remembered dreamings

healings, tenses, senses

in the deepest recesses of my being

I am a middle-aged South African woman, living in Johannesburg. I began writing poetry towards the end of May 2010. I love animals – sometimes more than people! I am back after a break. Thanks for still being here, if you are! Missed you! xxx

    … signals … to …

  3. From a grammatic point of view I suppose our lives can be seen as tenses. Unfortunately I am long on the past tense and short on the future tense.

  10. I love the bellringers of life. Ring a ding ding!
