Colours of Love

From the whispered pales of rose petals

to the shouts of red and gold,

from the freshest green of new-born shoots

to the russet hues of old

…discarded leaves,

DSCN0177

from the first rays of the rising sun

proclaiming another day,

to the beauty of the sunset

which takes my breath away,

the richness of Your colours

is wealth beyond compare

and serves to reassure us

of Your infinite loving care.

  1. Flowers as metaphor for love-wonderful and the flowers, scents, music and of course chocolate make it even more intense.
