I write what I feel…

Our Journey

.

A gruelling journey

Over mountain crags,

Steep cliffs, wide clefts,

Waters-falling, echoes calling,

In sun and rain, arduous terrain,

Boulders, rocks, and stones,

A TAXing, TIRing test

Demanding our very best

To culminate in sucCESS.

If it were easy, stress-free,

Our victory would be worth-less.

    • Thank you for such a lovely compliment, BD. What can I say… just sit down quietly and try… I jot down a sentence or phrase or even only an idea sometimes and build around it.

  3. Very true, Denise

I treasure the fruit I reach for, not the one that drops at my feet.

  10. What is that they say about great minds? Your post fits perfectly with mine today “My Life’s Path”.. Coincidence? I think not!
