.
We build ourselves a house of cards
Wherein we lock our treasure
For good measure.
But come the wind and rain
(a hurricane),
or when the earth begins to shake
(an earth-quake),
Our house of cards comes tumbling.down
And what have we but rubble for our trouble.

Or comes a wolf who huffs and puffs
The house is just not strong enough!
Lovely poem, HAHA

Nothing built by man on earth is strong enough to withstand natural calamities, John. The power of nature is amazing… Btw, are you likening me to one of the three little pigs, lol? 😀

😀 We all read different meanings into most things, John, because we all look from different angles.

True. Earthly treasures are really of no consequence at all. Thanks, Hook. 🙂

true that…it is often the care we take in building…and of course where we put our treasure as well that measures that loss…

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100% positive. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Kudos
