Sunshine and Rain

.

Rays of sunshine reach down below

And the foliage beneath ever upward grows

Wisps of white float on high

Cotton wool clouds feather the sky

Cool the heat where shadows fall

Sip up moisture for rain to pour

.

    I can feel the gently falling rain and the up-reaching of the flora seeking the nourishment of the sunlight. Nicely done Denise.
