Adeeyoyo's Blog

I write what I feel…

A thin black line appeared on the horizon,

Barely perceptible to the naked eye,

Crept ever closer, hardly noticeable

At first ~

Until… the shadow fell

And sucked up the colour on the ash dry earth

Until… all was grey.

I thought I caught the smell of rain

But it must have been a dream

As the clouds passed by

And the sun came out again.

  3. smiles…it got really dark yesterday when a thick cloud cloaked the sky…then it broke and the sun returned…was a beautiful sight…

Thanks AD! Sorry you are having probs. What is wrong with some ppl. I see BlogSpot has the facility to ‘approve’ comments before they are published. Not sure whether WP has this or not. I notice that they can switch it on and off at will too. Double the trouble though! 😦

  5. I don’t mind when rain’s a mere hallucination on the horizon… except when we need it, of course. Nice write!
